Chicken Tuckers™
The Chicken Tucker is an easy to use pre-tied,
covered elastic trussing device that is designed to make any trussing operation quick and easy!
Saves time and labor.
The Chicken Tucker gently puts the bird in
compact shape, holding wings against the body,
and remains on the bird throughout the cooking
process.
The Chicken Tucker eliminates the need for
sewing, skewering or wire-type trussing devices
that can pierce the skin and drain away natural
juices.
The Chicken Tucker will eliminate the "bar-cut"
and its possible bacteria risk.

- Meets all USDA, FDA and Agriculture Canada Requirements.
- Made of a special cotton/polyester blend yarn that resists sticking to skin surface.
- Great for indoor or outdoor Rotisserie cooking.
- Can be used on any fowl, including wild game. Also for beef roll-ups, stuffed pork chops,
pre-sliced baked hams, Tamales, even to hold bacon on a filet or Tournedos.
